Products, prices and orders
Review the selected color, size, measurements, price and delivery information before ordering. Prices and payments are in US dollars. Shipping and any charges collected by us are shown before you submit payment. Colors can vary by screen, and measurements may have small manual differences.
Stock may change while an order is being placed. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we will contact you and refund any item we cannot fulfill. We will not substitute an item, change the price or add a paid service without your agreement.
Payments
Use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider. Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes by email or through our contact form. An order marked unpaid is not released for fulfillment.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Orders ship directly from an overseas fulfillment partner. Our Shipping and Delivery policy explains costs, estimated transit, import charges and delay options. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains 30-day return requests, cancellations, eligibility, return shipping costs and refunds. These policies form part of the purchase terms.
Sovalane handles your customer support even when a fulfillment partner ships the parcel. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your information
Provide accurate delivery and contact information. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used for payment, fulfillment, support and other site functions.
Wholesale inquiries
Wholesale prices, quantities, delivery and return terms are agreed separately in writing before payment. Sending an inquiry does not reserve stock or create a payment obligation.
Use of the website
Do not submit unlawful or misleading content, misuse another person’s information, interfere with site security or use the website for fraud. Website branding and materials may be protected by intellectual property rights; publication does not grant you a license to reuse them commercially.
