This Refund and Returns Policy reflects Sovalane’s current catalog-preparation and inquiry-validation stage. Public checkout is not currently open, and product placeholders are not public sale offers.

Current order status

Sovalane is not currently accepting confirmed public checkout orders through the website. Any future retail purchase, sample order, wholesale order, or supplier arrangement must be confirmed through written communication before it is treated as an order.

Before an order is confirmed

Inquiry submissions do not create a purchase contract, payment obligation, return right, or refund obligation. Product availability, price, sample terms, production timing, and delivery terms must be confirmed separately.

Sample or wholesale arrangements

If a sample order, wholesale order, or sourcing arrangement is agreed later, the refund, return, exchange, cancellation, inspection, and dispute terms should be confirmed in writing before payment or shipment.

Product condition and issues

For any future confirmed order, customers or buyers should inspect goods promptly after delivery and contact us with order details, photos, quantities affected, and a clear description of the issue. Eligibility for return, refund, replacement, or credit will depend on the confirmed order terms and applicable requirements.

Non-returnable situations

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customized products, worn or used items, altered items, final-sale goods, and products without clear order records may not be eligible for return or refund.
