United States delivery
Our online retail checkout currently serves the United States. Standard shipping costs US$4.99 per order. Prices and checkout totals are in US dollars. Wholesale delivery arrangements are quoted separately.
Where your order ships from
Products ship directly from our overseas fulfillment partner. This is cross-border delivery, not a promise of dispatch from a US warehouse. Sovalane remains your contact for the order, delivery questions and returns.
Order handling and transit
We review paid orders and arrange fulfillment. The current standard carrier estimate for our launch dress is 7–12 days in transit after dispatch. Processing happens before transit; weekends, customs and carrier delays can extend the total time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
If we cannot dispatch your order within 7 calendar days of payment, we will contact you with an updated dispatch estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will seek your consent to a shipping delay; if you do not consent, we will cancel and refund the order.
Tracking and delivery problems
We will provide tracking information by email when it becomes available. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan. Contact contact@sovalane.com with your order number for help.
If a parcel is lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If it has not arrived within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us for a delivery investigation and resolution. You do not need to negotiate directly with our fulfillment partner.
Addresses and destination availability
Enter a complete, accurate delivery address and a working email address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a carrier cannot serve your address, we will contact you and offer a full refund rather than substitute a paid shipping service without your agreement.
Taxes and import charges
Charges collected by Sovalane are shown at checkout. The shipping charge does not include any import duty, brokerage or other charge separately assessed by customs or the carrier. Such charges, if assessed, are payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
